Our technology development began more than a decade ago with a deceptively simple problem: diversion. Goods sold into Region A were showing up in Region B. E-commerce channels carry one price; retail channels carry another — so brands set regional pricing and channel rules. When a supplier diverts genuine goods across channels, the product is real, but the distribution contract is broken.

Our answer was a serialized logistics-code system on every tag, mapped to a full tracking chain: factory → supplier → distributor. The first wave succeeded with anchor clients such as Thermos and leading domestic brands in the China market, and it taught us where the real pain sits — you control the channel by controlling the data, from factory management down through supplier and distributor management.

Wave 2: Multi-Dimensional Anti-Counterfeiting in the E-Commerce Era

Seven to eight years ago, marketplace platforms exploded — and so did fakes. Brands’ biggest question became: how do you actually fight counterfeits at scale?

Unlike conventional security-label vendors, we attacked the problem in multiple dimensions. Yes, the label itself carries anti-tamper technologies — dual-layer films, laser marking, DNA taggants, RFID. But a genuine label doesn’t guarantee genuine goods: labels get transplanted onto fakes, authentic packaging gets refilled, high-value tags get cut off and reused. No label technology alone solves that.

So we added the consumer dimension: apps, WeChat, web, and social channels running engagement campaigns — lotteries, gifts, loyalty perks. When a consumer interacts, we can invite them to photograph additional covert markers placed inside the packaging — a single appliance product may carry seven or eight verification points. Because every supplier and distributor already sits inside the Wave-1 tracking system, one consumer scan tells us which product, in which sales channel, is being counterfeited — and enforcement follows the data.

Wave 3: Carbon Traceability, ERP Integration, and Digital ID On-Chain

The third wave came when we brought LCA carbon-footprint traceability into the same network. The tag now connects to the client’s ERP/MIS systems, linking management, manufacturing, and life-cycle data — from raw materials through production, delivery, and installation, all the way to the end-of-life B/C/D stages (use, recycling, disposal). Through our proprietary AI + IoT digital-ID engine, these records are committed to a private chain — no public blockchain required — making each product’s digital identity authentic, unique, and tamper-proof.

The entire system is self-developed. Clients receive full rights to integrate it into their internal core applications: at reasonable volume, costs are essentially hardware-only, software is largely included, customization is low-cost, and the code base is transferable to the client.

The Tag as Carrier, the System as Application

What we have built is a complete brand-protection architecture: the tag becomes the data carrier, the system becomes the application, and the client integrates both into daily management. Because these deployments are largely exclusive, Thermos is the one client we can name; our technology also protects leading brands in cosmetics, liquor, and — the most heavily counterfeited category — electronics, along with high-value imported goods.

Today the biggest opportunity is helping clients through sustainability transformation — converting the entire product chain to IoT under an AI-driven architecture. 七八年前,電商平臺先後崛起,網路假貨爆發,品牌公司面臨的最大問題就是怎麼打假。跟一般防偽標籤的思路不同,我們的打假是多維度進行的。標籤端固然有各種防破解技術(雙階膜、雷射、DNA、RFID),但標籤是真的,不代表貨是真的:標籤可能被割下轉貼、原包裝可能被回收再裝假貨——這些都沒辦法單純從標籤防偽技術去克服。

於是我們加入消費者維度:善用 APP、微信、網頁、臉書等平臺的客服與活動(抽獎、贈品)。當消費者願意互動,我們就可以請他拍攝包裝內的其他防偽注記——一件家電商品可能有七八個驗證點。因為供應商與經銷商都在第一階段建好的追蹤系統裡,消費者一次掃碼,我們就能抓到哪個商品、在哪個銷售渠道上有假貨,再進一步打假。

第三波:碳足跡溯源、ERP 對接與數位身份上鏈

第三波的成功來自導入 LCA 碳足跡網絡追尋系統:配合客戶需求對接 ERP/MIS 系統,從原料環節、生產、運送安裝,一路到 B、C、D 的使用、回收與掩埋環節,都能透過標籤與防偽技術的連結完整記錄。透過我們獨門的 AI + IoT 數碼 ID 技術,這些資料上鏈到私有鏈——不需外部公有區塊鏈——讓每件產品的數位身份真確唯一、不可篡改。
